We are humans.
We need food and water to stay alive.
We can do lots of things if we get enough food and water.

We need energy to play, walk,study or to do work.

3.Some of the food that we eat keeps us healthy.
It protects us from certain diseases and sicknesses.
Examples: papaya, tomato, carrot, spinach, lady's finger,mustard
